Survival Food Doesn't Come Out of a Can

Survival food is a pure unadulterated gift from Mother Nature. Storing food on mass is not the answer to surviving the great changes accelerating now and in the near future. Changes in our spiritual and emotional selves are what is necessary. The Earth is cleansing Herself of all that isn’t of
love, unity, and balance...the values of next Great Cycle.
We must change too.
If someone is not meant to continue on the Earth plane it won’t matter how much food they store. On the other hand, if they are, they will flourish even if they have no survival food. This is not about fear. God will find everyone’s right place and each of us will continue our spiritual processes there. The key to continuing here is to accept and love our rejected feminine side within. The feminine is about feeling. This is not a mental process. More on this in another article.
So why talk about survival food at all? Survival food is not about just existing. It’s about flourishing with greater vitality, energy, stamina, and love NOW! Yes, nourishing our bodies properly is about loving ourselves, which is part of the acceptance of our feminine side, or nurturing side. Survival foods are super foods that are highly nutritious, and in many cases help cleanse our bodies bringing them back into balance.
We all live in a nutritional catastrophe, even in America because of mineral depletion from our soils. The special foods in this article will help you understand and replace these missing essential nutrients.
These survival foods will be even more important if there is a disruption in the food supply for reasons ranging from extended power outages to massive transportation stoppages due to peak oil, which are all very real possibilities.
Yes, survival food will be crucial if we go through the earth changes predicted by the Maya for around 2012.
Survival foods have to be nutrient dense, highly digestible, mineral rich, store easily, and be relatively inexpensive.
They should not require refrigeration, should be lightweight and readily available. Wow! Do these types of food even exist? The short answer is yes. But to get a true full spectrum of the nutrients and the bulk you need from survival food, it’s necessary to combine these very powerful food sources.
The first survival food is a group of blue green algae.
Algal are the first living organisms to inhabit our planet. Blue green algae created the oxygen in our atmosphere bringing abundant life to a dead planet. Even today algae produces over 70 percent of the oxygen in the world. Ohhh, you say that’s not true.
I know, we’ve been taught trees, especially the rain forests are the main oxygen suppliers. Not so. Algae multiply far faster than any plant on earth. It’s through this multiplication that carbon dioxide is consumed and oxygen produced.
There are thousands of different algae in the world living under the most extreme conditions of hot and cold imaginable. Talk about a survivor!
If anything will survive massive earth changes, it will be the microscopic cells of algae. But, they are not all created equal.
Algae come in some very unexpected shapes, sizes and forms. We are all familiar with the slimy green stuff that sits on a stagnant pond. This is one of many forms of blue green algae. But, sea vegetables like kelp and dulse are algae, not plants.
Science has discovered that all forms of life found their origin from...you guessed it, algae. Even today, the smallest and the largest of water creatures depend on algae to supply a full spectrum of their nutrients as basic food to survive. Algae supply these nutrients in a form that is readily available for their bodies to immediately assimilate in far greater percentages than any other food source. Algae release its superior nutritional profile freely and easily.
The three blue green algae super foods are Klamath Blue Green Algae, Spirulina, and Chlorella. These algae are at the top of the list as survival food.
No other food source...not juicing, not sprouts, not anything packs as much nutrients in a small quantity as blue green algae. The fact that these nutrients are so bio-available or absorbable by the body makes them the ultimate survival food. Our early ancestors and many peoples today make algae 25% of their diet. Peak oil and climate change both could affect the food supply, making personal survival food crucial. No one knows for sure what will happen. If nothing else add these natural foods to your diet to improve your health now. Keep rotating them with a fresh supply.
Did you notice I didn’t suggest a barrage of vitamins and supplements? The body doesn’t see these as survival food or food period. Vitamins and minerals supplied in their natural food form are far more absorbable by the body than vital nutrients isolated and compressed into a tablet or capsule form.
This is true even though supplements may show a far greater percentage of a vital nutrient on the label. It’s the "synergistic effect" of the “whole” plant or salt that makes it a survival food. In most cases the particle size used in supplements are too large or in the wrong form for the body to use as survival food.
My advice is to work harder on your personal spiritual growth rather than store massive amounts of survival food. This is where your true safety lies. Feeling are the gift that helps us heal...if we would only allow ourselves to feel them.
The changes on the planet are about men and women learning how to receive, accept and love their feminine side...or feeling side. This side has been rejected since the beginning of time, and our survival on earth now depends on it.
It's time to accept responsibility for everything that happens in our lives. It wouldn’t be in our lives if it wasn’t up for healing, no matter how much we feel we don’t deserve it.
The body holds all the denied feelings, limitations, and guilt we hold. That’s why so many people are overweight, aging, depressed, and diseased. These are all signs of holding onto suppressed feelings that keep coming back for acceptance, understanding, forgiveness and ultimately loving release.
It’s important that survival foods be incorporated into your diet to keep your body as healthy as possible so you can deal with the feelings that are keeping you from evolving in consciousness.
